The Caravan Stage Company is a theatre company like no other, founded in 1970 by Paul Kirby & Adriana “Nans” Kelder, with a unique permanent venue, the deck of a 90ft tall ship, named the Amara Zee. Welcome aboard.

The Caravan began life on land, as the world’s only horse-drawn theatre company. The puppet show toured far and wide in six large wagons, pulled by a team of Clydesdale horses.
